Whenever Rahu is disturbed, it causes blood and tissues to rupture faster and cause coagulation of the blod. You may also develop black/blue bruises on the skin from small accidents. Or get bruises despite not being hurt in any way (contusion) - caused by lowered immunity which also effects tissues.
Sometimes you may feel pain by touching some body part despite not being in accident or getting hurt. This is also an effect of a bad Rahu on you.
The other symptoms of a negative Rahu are:
Sleeping disorders
Anger
Irritation
Weight gain
Weakened concentration
For people who get bruised easily:
- apply sesame seed oil on the body and take a shower half an hour later
- donate sesame seeds on Saturdays
- wear a silver chain or pendant in the neck
If you get bruises on the body without any accident:
- donate wheat, gur/jaggery, copper on Sundays - do this for 51 Sundays
- stop wearing blue and black clothes
- start going on walks before sunrise
- do Sandhya - during Sunset, light a candle in front of your isht devata or Ganesha, sit facing the East on a kush asana/mat made of grass and start doing the mantra "om raa(ng) raahavay namaha"
- you can also worship lord Ganesha to help rid of problems with Rahu
